Common Issues

My subscription isn’t working

Please confirm you’re signed in with the same Apple ID used to subscribe. Then try restarting the app. If it still doesn’t update, contact support with your device model and iOS version.

The app won’t load or is stuck on a blank screen

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue continues, check your internet connection and make sure you’re on the latest version from the App Store.

How do I restore purchases?

If you reinstalled the app or changed devices, use the Restore Purchases option in the app settings. If restoration doesn’t complete, contact support and include any relevant receipt details.
